A beautiful and aromatic loaf. Made with mostly organic stoneground white flour, a small amout of light rye flour and then flavoured with caraway, this loaf is wonderfully warming. I have added sunflower seeds for texture and interest. Lather in butter and eat as is or pair with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. I plan to eat this loaf a lot this season.
