Bread Making Masterclass using Wood-Fired Ovens

Learn how to bake bread outdoors, all in a small, fun, hands on class using the wood-fired ovens at Cedar Nursery.

You will learn how to knead, shape and bake a variety of breads as well as whip up some delicious accompaniments. Each class includes all equipment, ingredients, a lunch of salad, breads and dips throughout the class, recipes as well a loaf of bread and a piece of focaccia to take home.
