About the Event

An introduction to the joys of real bread, all in a small, fun, hands on class in my home kitchen. You will learn how to knead, shape and bake a variety of breads as well as some of the science behind it. Each class includes all equipment, ingredients, morning tea, home baked treats, a light lunch, recipes and a big bag of bread to take home. All you have to do is bring an apron and a love of bread! 

Breads we will make include:

  • White Farmhouse Loaf
  • Bread rolls
  • Challah
  • Soda bread
  • Focaccia
  • Quick flatbreads

    This ticket includes tea/coffee, baked treats, lunch, recipes and a selection of six breads to take home.
