About the Event

Sourdough is the bread we should be eating, it is bread that has been made for centuries with just flour, water, salt and time but...what is a starter? How do you manage it? How can I fit it in around a busy life? Why is sourdough better for me? Just some of the questions that will be answered on this course. I will take you through ingredients, processes and shaping techniques. We will make 4 different breads, enjoy a delicious lunch and you’ll have all the recipes, a pot of my starter and a big bag of delicious bread, to take home.

100% Wholegrain rye sourdough

Sourdough pizza dough

Sourdough focaccia

100% White sourdough loaf
