About the Event

Continue your sourdough journey with me. In this class we will go into more detail about hydration and temperature. We will discuss and put into practice techniques such how to autolyse and increase the hydration of your loaves while still making them easy to handle. We will also be expanding our repertoire of breads with a 10min tinned sourdough, sourdough bagels, sourdough cinnamon buns and the best way to make and shape sourdough pizza.

The day includes all ingredients and recipes, homemade pizza for lunch with refreshments and a bread tin.


Breads made on the day:

  • 10min sourdough (you will take this away in your bread tin to bake at home)

  • Sourdough bagels

  • Sourdough cinnamon buns
