About the Event

Continue your sourdough journey with me. In this class we will explore more complicated sourdough bakes. We will discuss baking for health, different grains, heritage flours and edible plants that you can include in your bakes. You will mill your own choice of grains into a diverse and nutrient packed flour which you will use in your 10min tinned sourdough and also take a bag home. The day includes all ingredients and recipes, a light lunch with refreshments, a bread tin and a bag of flour to take home.


Breads made on the day:

  • 10min sourdough (you will take this away in your bread tin to bake at home)

  • Sourdough bagels

  • Sourdough cinnamon buns

  • Mill a bag of meadow blend flour
